Information for Medical Practitioners

Patients do not require a referral to see a dietitian unless they intend to claim Medicare rebates under a CDM or EPC plan prepared by a General Practitioner. However, we value communication with our patient's care team, such as a letter,to ensure a smooth transition of care.
